Supportive counseling for adults seeking healing, clarity, and emotional wellness.
Life can feel heavy when you are carrying anxiety, sadness, stress, grief, relationship concerns, or a deep sense of self-doubt. Sometimes you may know exactly what is bothering you, and other times you may only know that you do not feel like yourself.
Individual therapy gives you a private, supportive space to slow down, talk through what you have been experiencing, and begin building tools for healing and growth.
At Anchored Hope CC, LLC, therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. Whether you are seeking Christian counseling, secular counseling, or simply a safe space to find hope again, you are welcome here.
Together, we will explore what you are feeling, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward healthier ways of thinking, coping, communicating, and caring for yourself.
Individual Therapy Can Help With
Anxiety & Stress Counseling
Anxiety and stress can make it hard to feel present, rested, or in control of your thoughts. You may notice racing thoughts, overthinking, tension, irritability, trouble sleeping, or feeling like you are always waiting for something to go wrong.
In therapy, we can work on understanding your triggers, calming your nervous system, challenging anxious thoughts, and building practical coping skills that help you feel more grounded in daily life.
Depression Support
Depression can show up as sadness, low motivation, isolation, emotional heaviness, lack of energy, or feeling disconnected from the things that once mattered to you. Sometimes depression is loud and overwhelming. Other times, it is quiet and hard to explain.
Therapy can provide space to process what you are feeling, understand what may be contributing to your emotional heaviness, and take gentle steps toward hope, routine, connection, and emotional wellness.
Self-Esteem & Confidence
Self-esteem struggles can affect the way you see yourself, speak to yourself, make decisions, and show up in relationships. You may find yourself second-guessing your choices, comparing yourself to others, or feeling like you are not doing enough.
In therapy, we can work on identifying negative self-talk, strengthening confidence, practicing self-compassion, and rebuilding a healthier relationship with yourself.
Life Transitions & Relationship Stress
Change can bring stress, uncertainty, grief, and emotional pressure. Whether you are navigating divorce, a breakup, a career change, family stress, caregiving responsibilities, empty nesting, or a new season of life, transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of your next step.
Therapy can help you process change, strengthen communication, clarify your needs, and navigate life transitions with more support, confidence, and emotional balance.

Women’s Worth & Identity Counseling
Many women carry years of self-doubt, people-pleasing, negative self-talk, or feeling like they have to prove their worth. You may be in a season where you are asking, “Who am I now?” or “Why do I keep feeling like I’m not enough?”
Women’s Worth & Identity Counseling offers supportive therapy for women who are ready to rebuild self-worth, strengthen emotional wellness, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with a clearer sense of identity, confidence, and personal value.
Grief & Loss Support
Grief is not only about the death of a loved one. It can also come from the loss of a relationship, a job, a family role, a dream, a sense of stability, or a version of life you thought you would have.
Therapy offers space to process grief with compassion and care. You do not have to rush your healing or pretend you are okay. Together, we can make room for the emotions that come with loss while helping you find ways to carry grief in a healthy and meaningful way.
Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-informed therapy recognizes that painful experiences can affect how you feel, think, trust, cope, and relate to yourself and others. You may notice patterns such as emotional overwhelm, avoidance, fear, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from your body or emotions.
A trauma-informed approach means therapy moves at a pace that respects your safety, choice, and readiness. The goal is not to force you to relive painful experiences, but to create a supportive space where you can build stability, learn grounding tools, and begin healing with care and compassion.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and practical. I integrate therapeutic tools such as CBT, emotional insight, mindfulness, coping skills, and supportive reflection to help you better understand yourself and respond to life’s challenges in healthier ways.
For clients who desire it, faith can also be thoughtfully included in the therapy process through Christian counseling, prayer, biblical encouragement, and faith-based reflection. For clients who are not seeking faith-based counseling, therapy remains clinically grounded, supportive, and respectful of your values.
You do not have to show up with everything figured out. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, process what you have been carrying, and take your next step with support.
