Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Anchored Hope CC,” “the Practice,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anchored Hope CC, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, prospective client, current client, or other person who accesses or uses this website.
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please discontinue using the website if you do not agree with these terms.
Purpose of This Website
This website provides general information about Anchored Hope CC, LLC, its therapy services, programs, resources, and practice policies.
The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. Website content is not intended to replace individualized mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency assistance.
Accessing this website, submitting a contact form, joining an interest list, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not automatically create a therapist-client relationship.
A therapist-client relationship is established only after the appropriate intake process has been completed, the Practice has agreed to provide services, and all required informed-consent and practice documents have been reviewed and signed.
Mental Health and Emergency Disclaimer
This website and its communication features are not crisis-response services and are not monitored 24 hours a day.
Do not use the website, contact form, email, voicemail, or text messaging service to communicate an emergency, suicidal thoughts, threats of harm, abuse requiring immediate reporting, or another urgent mental health concern.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger:
- Call 911.
- Go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
- Contact an appropriate local crisis-response service.
Anchored Hope CC, LLC cannot guarantee an immediate response to website submissions, email messages, voicemail messages, or text messages.
Therapy Services
Descriptions of therapy approaches, treatment areas, specialty services, Christian counseling, therapy tracks, groups, workshops, or other programs are provided for informational purposes.
The presence of information about a condition, concern, treatment method, or program does not guarantee that a particular service is clinically appropriate or available for every individual.
Recommendations regarding treatment, session frequency, referrals, level of care, and suitability for a program will be determined through an individualized clinical assessment, when applicable.
Clinical services are governed by separate documents, including the Practice’s informed consent forms, privacy notices, telehealth agreements, financial policies, cancellation policies, and other client service agreements. When there is a conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and a signed clinical-service agreement, the applicable clinical-service agreement will govern the provision of therapy services.
Website Contact Forms
The website may include contact forms, consultation request forms, interest forms, scheduling forms, or other methods for submitting information.
Submitting a form does not guarantee:
- Acceptance as a client.
- Availability of a requested appointment.
- Eligibility for a specific service, therapy track, group, or program.
- An immediate response.
- Insurance coverage or reimbursement.
- Establishment of a therapist-client relationship.
Please avoid including detailed clinical information, diagnoses, extensive treatment history, highly sensitive information, or emergency information in a general website contact form.
Information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with the Practice’s Privacy Policy and applicable professional and legal obligations.

- Limited two-way administrative communication concerning an appointment or existing service relationship.
Anchored Hope CC, LLC does not use its SMS service to send advertising, promotional offers, sales messages, or general marketing campaigns.
Contact Form Phone Numbers
Providing a telephone number through the general website contact form does not constitute consent to receive SMS text messages.
Telephone numbers collected by potential clients through the website’s general contact form will not be enrolled in or used for SMS messaging.
SMS communication will occur only when an individual separately and affirmatively consents to receive appointment-related text messages through an approved scheduling, intake, registration, or SMS opt-in process.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from Anchored Hope CC, LLC, you authorize the Practice and its authorized service providers to send appointment-related text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.
Messages may be generated or delivered using automated technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving therapy services. You may request an alternate method of administrative communication.
Message frequency will vary depending on your appointment schedule and communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile service provider and telephone plan determine charges.
SMS messaging is not intended for emergencies, crisis situations, or urgent clinical concerns and is not monitored 24 hours a day. Additional information regarding electronic communication, emergency procedures, and response times is provided in the Practice’s informed consent forms and practice policies.
Opting Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time.
Reply STOP to an SMS message to discontinue future text messages. You may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
You may also revoke consent by another reasonable method, such as contacting the Practice directly and requesting that SMS communication be discontinued.
After opting out, appointment-related communication may continue via another method, such as telephone, voicemail, a secure client portal, or email, in accordance with your preferences and the Practice’s available systems.
SMS Privacy and Security
SMS text messaging is intended only for brief administrative and appointment-related communication. It is not intended for:
- Therapy sessions or clinical counseling.
- Detailed discussions about symptoms or treatment.
- Crisis communication.

Email and other electronic communication methods may not always be secure, immediate, or appropriate for sensitive clinical communication.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, email should be used primarily for scheduling and administrative communication. Do not use email for emergencies or matters requiring an immediate clinical response.
By communicating electronically, you acknowledge that electronic messages may be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, viewed on a shared device, or accessed by individuals with access to your account.
