A focused weekly therapy track for women ready to rebuild self-worth, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with who they are becoming.

The Women’s Self-Worth Intensive Therapy Track is an upcoming structured therapy experience for women who want more focused support around self-worth, identity, confidence, boundaries, negative self-talk, and emotional wellness.

Unlike open-ended therapy, this track is designed with an intentional weekly focus. Each session will help you slow down, identify patterns, process the beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself, and begin practicing healthier tools for growth.

Through a structured blend of CBT and DBT-informed techniques, this track will help women recognize patterns that keep them stuck, challenge negative self-talk, regulate emotions, build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their voice, value, and sense of purpose.

This therapy track is coming soon.

Rebuilding Self-Worth

Strengthening Identity

This track will help you reconnect with who you are, what matters to you, what you need, and the parts of yourself that may have been quieted by life, stress, relationships, or emotional pain.

Challenging Negative Self-Talk

Using CBT-informed tools, you will learn how to notice negative thought patterns, question unhelpful beliefs, and practice healthier ways of speaking to yourself.

Building Emotional Wellness Skills

Using DBT-informed techniques, this track will support emotional awareness, distress tolerance, grounding, coping skills, and healthier responses to difficult emotions.

Practicing Boundaries

You will explore where boundaries feel difficult, why guilt may show up, and how to begin communicating your needs with more clarity, confidence, and care.
