Self-Esteem Skills Group

Supportive group therapy for building confidence, self-worth, and emotional wellness.

Many people struggle silently with self-doubt, negative self-talk, people-pleasing, comparison, and difficulty setting boundaries. Even when life looks “together” on the outside, it can still feel hard to believe in yourself, trust your voice, or feel secure in who you are.

At Anchored Hope CC, LLC, the Self-Esteem Skills Group, currently virtual is designed to provide a supportive space for growth, reflection, and practical skill-building. This group experience helps participants explore the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that impact confidence, self-worth, relationships, and emotional wellness.

Group therapy can be a powerful reminder that you are not alone. In a safe and encouraging environment, you can learn new skills, hear from others with similar goals, and practice showing up for yourself with more compassion and confidence.
