Is This Group a Good Fit?

This group may be a good fit if you are ready to grow in a supportive setting, learn practical skills, and connect with other women who are also working on self-esteem and emotional wellness.

This group may not be the best fit for individuals who need immediate crisis support, a higher level of care, or intensive trauma processing. If you are unsure, a consultation can help determine whether this group is appropriate for your current needs.

Faith-Based or Secular Support

Anchored Hope CC, LLC welcomes women from different backgrounds. For clients who desire it, Christian faith can be respectfully integrated into counseling. For those who are not seeking faith-based support, the group remains clinically grounded, supportive, and focused on emotional wellness.
