What is your therapeutic approach?

My approach is evidence-based, CBT-informed, and strength-focused. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and supporting meaningful change. Faith-friendly support is available upon request.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:

  1. Schedule a consultation
  2. Complete intake paperwork
  3. Begin therapy in a calm, supportive environment

What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?

That’s okay. Many people feel unsure at first. A consultation is a great way to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if therapy feels like a good fit.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapy is confidential and conducted in accordance with professional and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
